Pacaya Volcano Tour - Volcanic Activity and Marshmallow Cook-Off

ACTIVITIES

-Enjoy the volcanic activity: You'll spend 30-40 minutes at the volcanic activity, where you can cook marshmallows or cotton candy in the hot zones (with the supervision of a guide).

-Breathtaking views: Enjoy panoramic views of the volcano and the Calderas Lagoon.

-Descent: A walk of approximately 1 hour to return.

DURATION

Duration: 4.5 hours.

ITINERARY

Transportation: 1-hour vehicle ride to the town at the foot of the Pacaya Volcano.

Hike: 1 hour and a half hike to the top of the volcano.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Bring 2 liters of water, snacks or a sandwich, comfortable closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a flashlight if you go in the afternoon.
